Great ski in ski out experience with lockers right by the hotel's back door, perfect for snowboarders and skiers. The enormous bathroom with a bathtub was a delightful surprise in this hotel. Staff were lovely and welcoming to guests. The location was smack in the middle of the village, which was great for accessing various restaurants and bars.
Nothing to dislike, this hotel was a great experience overall.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location in the village at Big White resort was perfect. I could easily walk to everything I needed. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. They were always prompt and effective in meeting my needs. The room amenities were also fantastic. I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities, as well as free Wi-Fi in the rooms. The cookware and kitchen utensils were a nice touch, allowing me to prepare some of my own meals. The room itself was spacious and had everything I needed, from an AM/FM alarm clock to a comfortable carpeted floor. the facilities and services provided by this hotel were top-notch.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel has an unbeatable location, with direct access to the ski hill and fantastic views from some of the rooms. the service is outstanding with friendly and accommodating staff, and the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with amenities such as a kitchenette and convenient ski storage facilities.
The elevator can be slow at times, which can be frustrating in a hurry.

Convenient ski-in/ski-out location right on the slopes, perfect for skiing after work. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with all the necessary amenities for a business trip. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The noise level was disruptive, and it was quite challenging to get a good night's rest. the kitchenette was small and not well-equipped for preparing simple meals.

The view from the hotel was breathtaking and the breakfast at the restaurant was good. the location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the area.
The cleanliness of the room was very poor. the bed linen seemed unclean, and there were cobwebs in the corners of the room.
